Parachute Consultancy Limited, found in 2012, aims at promoting emotional health levels of leaders around the world – whenever the opportunity takes us. The relationship with self and others is the fundamental for building a constructive, healthy and diversified community.
The name of the company is based on a belief : A parachute is just like our mind, it works best when it opens – being open is the fundamental for learning and growing.
We define “Leaders” as anyone taking responsibility for their own lives and actions. We intend to focus on 4 major relationships which undoubtedly need improvement in today’s world :
1. Manager and Employee
2. Parent and Child
3. Teacher and Student
4. You and your loved ones
There is no such thing in fixing someone. In every relationship it works both ways and we can never change a person except ourselves. If we don’t intend to participate in a relationship, then don't expect any changes in a meaningful way. Becoming aware of ourselves is the first step being the best coach for our loved ones.
